Information Collection and Use:
While using the application, we may collect demographic information. Your geographical location will not be accessed unless we have your explicit consent and for a specific optional feature, and you can disable this feature and withdraw your consent at any time from the app or system settings.This information you provide to us by filling out forms on (Mental Assistance Application), which includes information provided at the time of registration to have access to the application, subscribe to our services or request more services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem related to our site and services.

The application does not require the creation of new accounts; user accounts are pre-created through the company’s control panel. When logging in, we only use the credentials assigned to you (username/email and password, etc.) to verify your identity and enable you to access the application’s services.
When you use the application or the direct contact line, we may disclose your personal information to other parties within the limits of the services you request so that we can provide the best services and improve them, this being on the understanding that your personal information shall not be shared with other parties outside this specific scope.
We may record incoming phone calls we receive from you in order to ensure better service, know and implement your requests correctly and use same within the scope of the services provided by us and everything related to them, while ensuring our right to save them and refer to them when needed, subject to ensuring that they are not used publicly or individually outside the scope of Services and related matters.

Integration with Third-Party Services: We may collect certain fitness-related data from Google Fit (for Android devices) and Apple Health (for iOS devices), strictly after obtaining your explicit consent. This data integration is designed to enhance your experience and enable more accurate monitoring of your physical and mental well-being. For example, data such as your daily step count may be used to support your in-app wellness plans and to motivate you in achieving your personal health goals. This data is not shared with any third party and is used solely within the scope of the services provided by the app to improve performance and personalize your experience.

Login Data:
Firebase Crashlytics service may automatically log some technical data such as device model, operating system version, and installation ID when an application crash occurs, along with a shortened IP address that does not allow for personal identification; this is limited to diagnosing issues and improving app stability. This data is not stored on our servers and is never used for advertising purposes. The service provider permanently deletes it once the error is resolved or within a maximum of 6 months (whichever is sooner).

Cookies:
We use cookies to collect information. You can therefore instruct your browser to refuse them or notify you when a cookie is being sent, however, kindly note that if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of our Services.

Security and safety:
The security of your personal information is important to us, however, kindly remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Kindly be informed that while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security

Account and Personal Data Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time through the “Delete Account” feature available in your profile within the app. Once this action is confirmed, all data linked to your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers, in accordance with recognized security standards. We are committed to ensuring your full right to manage and delete your data whenever you choose.

User Rights:

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at [email protected]. We retain all your data for as long as your account is active. When you select the “Delete Account” button within the app or request it via email, it will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 business days and from backups within a maximum of 30 days.

Precise alerts & reminders:
We use “Precise Alert” to remind users of their goals at specified times, and “Notifications” to deliver these reminders and to inform you that there is a  new content published in the app.

Personal Information: Email address, phone number, username, and other information added by the account owner in their profile..
App Activity: Step count and distance data (stored locally only, not uploaded or shared).
Crash Data: Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) to improve app performance.

2. How We Use Your Information
   We use your data for:
   – Providing app functionality (precise alerts, notifications).
   – Improving the app’s performance and fixing bugs.
   – Enhancing user experience.

3. Data Retention
   Personal information is kept only while your account is active and will be permanently deleted within 7 business days upon your deletion request.
   Crash data of Firebase Crashlytics is retained until the error is resolved or for up to 6 months, whichever comes first.
   Step and distance data are stored locally on your device for the day and automatically deleted at the end of each day.

Changes to the Privacy Policy:
We may update the privacy policy from time to time, meaning that it is subject to change without any prior notice. In this regard, we shall notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page. Therefore, kindly be advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes, taking into account that once changes are made, they shall be effective once they are posted on this page
Company’s Responsibility
The providers of these services are not considered representatives or agents of the company, so the company shall not bear any responsibility for the use of client data or information by any third party, or for any disputes that may arise between the service provider and the service requester.
Further, the company shall bear no responsibility for any professional errors committed by the providers of those services.

Applicable Laws:
The new application (mental assistance program) shall be an intermediary that works to connect the service applicant with the service provider in many different countries, requiring the application of the laws of each country with its various provisions in accordance with the privacy policy and the terms of use of the application shown above.

Language:
The Arabic text of this agreement is the approved text for the purposes of interpretation and application of its terms and conditions.
In the event of a conflict between the Arabic text and the translation of this agreement, it is agreed in this case to refer to the Arabic text.
